Energy Efficiency Optimization Design of a Forward-Swept Axial Flow Fan for Heat Pump

چکیده

As one of the key components heat pump system, compared to that a conventional axial fan, blade tip area forward-swept fan is much larger than its root, which main noise source and also has an important influence on efficiency. Enhancement aerodynamic performance efficiency was addressed by utilizing Bezier function parameterize curve tops. In order quickly select agent model suitable for project, ES established integration radial basis Kriging model. When NSGA-II combined, multi-objective optimization carried out with flow rate total pressure as goals. Analysis results revealed optimized fan’s were improved some degree. At design working point, increased 1.78 m³/min, while 3.0%. These lay solid foundation energy saving system.
